Perturbation des communications cellulaires 3G

Nous sommes actuellement au courant d'une perturbation des communications ayant un impact sur les systèmes connectés 3G.

Le problème semble être lié au réseau du fournisseur de communications, et ses équipes travaillent activement à sa résolution.

En conséquence, les clients peuvent avoir des indicateurs de panne sur leur panneau d'alarme, pour le moment il n'y a pas d'action à distance qui peut être effectuée de notre côté.
Une fois que les communications sont rétablies par le fournisseur, l'indicateur de panne du panneau s'effacera automatiquement.

En raison du nombre de clients concernés, les temps d'attente sont actuellement plus longs que la normale.
