Due to the ongoing Canada-wide postal strike, mail delivery services are currently experiencing significant delays and disruptions. We understand this may impact your ability to receive invoices, statements, or other correspondence via Canada Post.

Please note: Payment obligations remain in effect during the strike. To ensure timely processing and avoid any late fees or service interruptions, we encourage you to use one of the following alternative payment methods:

Option 1:
Download our App: a.p.i. ALARM Android App | a.p.i. ALARM iOS App
Enter your credit card or bank account details into the Billing section of the App.

Option 2:
Online Payment - Visit the following site and register: https://sedonaapi.apialarm.com/Canada/Account/Login

Option 3:
Online Banking – Search for 'api Alarm' as the payee; enter your account number and make a payment or set up a recurring payment.

Option 4:
Pre authorized payments: Pre-Authorized Payment Plan form

Option 5:
In Person at Your Bank – Bring a copy of your invoice.

Option 6:
Courier cheques to the following address at your own expense:
