How do I know if my mobile number is on file?
Just ask one of our Customer Care representatives, you’ll need to provide your account number.
How do I find out what number you have on file for me?
Just ask one of our Customer Care representatives, you’ll need to provide your account number.
Will I receive a test message to confirm?
No, but you can initiate a test with one of our Station Operators, you’ll need to provide your account number.
When will this feature launch?
The 2-way texting feature is being rolled out through the Spring of 2026.
Can I opt out?
Yes. Just respond to any API text message with “STOP”.
Can I have more than one number on file?
Yes. Just ask one of our Customer Care representatives, you’ll need to provide your account number.
