After dispatching either a security guard as part of our Alarm Response Guard Service, or emergency services, we continue to monitor and relay information until they arrive.

  • When a burglar breaks into your home/business, the intruder detection alarm goes off and alerts our monitoring office
  • Our verification team uses audio and video technology to verify the break-in
  • If our team verifies that the threat is valid, they inform the police
  • We continue to monitor your property until the police arrive and apprehend the offenders
