Your fire protection enabled home security system is integrated with smoke, heat, natural gas & propane, and/or CO detectors throughout your home & outbuildings, and connects to our ULC certified alarm monitoring station to constantly monitor your home and property for fire, smoke, and carbon monoxide poisoning.

Upon triggering of your home fire alarm by a connected detector, a signal is instantly sent to our locally-operated ULC-certified alarm monitoring station where an a.p.i. ALARM security expert will immediately assess the situation, attempt to contact you or an emergency contact, attempt to visually verify the alarm if you have security cameras and subscribe to Alarm Response Video Verification, and if needed, dispatch fire services.
