The Offer applies only to one (1) system activation per customer at a single residential or commercial address. The Offer is limited to a maximum term of three (3) months of free monitoring service.
Restrictions: The Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers. It may not be combined with any other offers or incentives, unless expressly stated by the Company.
No Cash Value: This Offer holds no cash value and is not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for any monetary value or credit.
Modification and Termination: The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Such modifications or terminations may be made at any time, and will not affect customers who have already activated the Offer prior to the change.
Activation Requirement: In order to qualify for this Offer, customers must specifically request the Offer at the time of inquiry or account sign-up. The Offer will not be automatically applied to any account and must be requested in in advance at the time of purchase.
General Terms: By accepting this Offer, customers agree to comply with all applicable terms and conditions of the Company’s service agreement. The Company’s decision in all matters related to this Offer is final.
